LESSON #1:

“THE WAR DEFINED”

It has been well said that “War is Hell.” That is
because the origin of war is from Hell. By that, I
mean that it is instigated by the forces of Hell,
namely, “Principalities, powers, rulers of the
darkness and spiritual wickedness in high places

(Eph. 6:12).

The Christian’s spiritual warfare is a defensive war,
not an offensive war. It is started by Satan, but
finished by the Christian in “fighting the good fight of
faith” (1 Tim. 6:12). This first lesson is dedicated to
proving that our warfare is a defensive one.
