The third threefold cord we want to discuss in this third
lesson deals with God Himself. Rather than the
Catholic-based tradition of a three-in-one God created
in the third century, the scripture reveals a triune family
of God consisting of God the Father, God the Son, and
God the Holy Spirit.

They are not physically three-in- one (like an egg), but
rather the Godhead is one in unity and purpose. All
three are God, but all three are not co-equal as
commonly taught.

A DIVINE A DIVINE

BUT ONE GOD… RATHER THAN A “THREE-IN-
NONE IS GREATER ONE” GOD, SCRIPTURE
OR LESS THAN
ANOTHER… DEPICTS A DIVINE FAMILY
OF THREE COETERNAL
THE
WHOLE PERSONAGES FUNCTIONING
THREE PERSONS IN PERFECT ONENESS OF
AGREEMENT WITH EACH
ARE
COEQUAL” ANOTHER. ALTHOUGH ALL
ARE DIVINE PERSONAGES,
THEY ARE NOT COEQUAL IN
POSITION AND AUTHORITY
