Below is an overview of what I want to present to you as the scriptural position of the specified “DAY” of
the rapture. It contains both a literal Lunar calendar date which specifies the very day upon which the
rapture will take place, and it contains the exact dispensations (‘periods in time”) in which God intends to
perform this event. Those dispensations in Scripture are called (1) “The Last Day” and (2) “The Day of
The Lord.”
Down through the centuries the church has espoused that Jesus’ coming in the air at the rapture could
be at any time, and at any moment in time. This is far from what the Scriptures state. He will come on the
first day of the seventh Jewish month of Tishri on a yet-future feast day of Trumpets. He will NOT come
until the appointed dispensation of (1) “The Last Day” and (2) “The Day of The Lord.”
Here are the three Scripture-based concepts that I want to present to you that peg “THE (very) DAY” of
the rapture:
Let us now look at each of these concepts one by one. We will be somewhat limited as to the depth of
what I can share with you by the physical size of our newsletter, but I believe I can give you enough
insight to influence you to consider a greater in-depth study. I am presently presenting to our local
congregation such an in-depth study on the rapture. We are ten lessons into the subject with perhaps an
equal amount remaining to complete it. I will let you know when this DVD series is available for purchase,
It is my persuasion that this subject constitutes the present urgent message that could be emphasized by
the words God previously spoke to His churches, “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to
the churches” (Rev.3:22), for judgment begins at the house of God (1 Pet. 4:17).
