“THE STATUTES OF THE LORD ARE RIGHT,
REJOICING THE HEART.”
Psalm 19:7

“SURELY I HAVE TAUGHT YOU STATUTES…JUST AS THE LORD MY GOD COMMANDED ME, THAT YOU
SHOULD ACT ACCORDING TO THEM IN THE LAND WHICH YOU GO TO POSSESS. THEREFORE BE CAREFUL TO

OBSERVE THEM; FOR THIS IS YOUR WISDOM AND YOUR UNDERSTANDING IN THE SIGHT OF THE PEOPLES
WHO WILL HEAR ALL THESE STATUTES, AND SAY, ‘SURELY THIS GREAT NATION IS A WISE AND

UNDERSTANDING PEOPLE.’ FOR WHAT GREAT NATION IS THERE THAT HAS GOD SO NEAR TO IT, AS THE
LORD GOD IS TO US, FOR WHATEVER REASON WE MAY CALL UPON HIM. AND WHAT GREAT NATION IS

THERE THAT HAS SUCH STATUTES… AS ARE IN ALL THIS LAW WHICH I SET BEFORE YOU THIS DAY?”
Deut. 4:5-8

The above verses reveal that God’s statutes were OR

OR given to the nation of Israel in order to have a great

influence upon the nations that surrounded it.

OF THIS EARTHLY Statutes contain constitutional law or bylaws such as OF THIS EARTHLY
“KINGDOM” we find governing America, another earthly physical “KINGDOM”
(NATION) kingdom. Contained within the statures are (1) The (NATION)

reason for being (a nation) and (2) Laws necessary to

achieve those objectives.

America’s reason for being (a nation) is stated as “Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.” The bylaws

(statutes) are created to achieve those objectives.

WHAT ARE THE The word “kingdom” in Scripture literally “…A HOLY NATION, HIS OWN SPECIAL PEOPLE,
means “government.” What I am going to THAT YOU MAY PROCLAIM THE PRAISES OF HIM WHO CALLED
OR state is important – greatly important! The

SPIRITUAL Neither are the statutes (bylaws) of America WHICH THEY OBSERVE, GLORIFY GOD…”

“KINGDOM”
(NATION) was commissioned by God to be His
physical, geographical kingdom!

American Christianity greatly errs by seeking to adapt either Israel’s statutes or America’s statutes as
those of the Kingdom of God! The politically-based, Religious Right movement in this country is founded
upon the Puritan doctrinal heresy that they were chosen to be God’s “New Israel” on the face of the earth
(see pertinent newsletters on my website for elaboration). The popular cause of defending the Christian
heritage of America as being “One Nation Under God” stems from adopting the erroneous Puritan
theology that America is presently God’s nation on the earth, having replaced Israel’s role. It is ideology to
attempt to capture America and legislate God’s statutes that were given to Israel upon America. The
Kingdom of God is NOT a physical nation at this time!

Below are some of the Kingdom statutes that Jesus and Paul placed upon the church. Study them
carefully for the Kingdom of God is not, and cannot be at this time, a physical, geographical nation on
earth. Rather, the Kingdom of God functions in all places throughout the world where born-again believers
live. Jesus said 2,000 years ago, “My kingdom is not of this world”, and He has not changed His mind!
