…OUR DAILY BREAD…” …AS WE FORGIVE…”
More is required of the believer than merely quoting this God’s forgiveness is conditional. Ever heard that
aspect of the Lord’s prayer to have God perform this before? Perhaps not in light of the perverted slant
request to supply their daily bread on a consistent basis. which proclaims God forgives our sins past, present,
We must give consistently to be consistently given unto. and future under the cliché “Every sin I ever will
Jesus Himself said: commit is already under the blood.” False doctrine!
“GIVE, AND IT WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU; Sins that are past are forgiven (Rom.3:25). Sins that
GOOD MEASURE, PRESSED DOWN, SHAKEN TOGETHER, are present are forgiven IF we confess them (1
Jn.1:7-9, 2:1-2). God does not pre-forgive future sins.
AND RUNNING OVER WILL BE PUT INTO YOUR There is not a verse anywhere to support that notion.
BOSOM. FOR WITH THE MEASURE THAT YOU USE, Neither is God’s forgiveness of our sins
IT WILL BE MEASURED BACK TO YOU.” Luke 6:38
The apostle Paul likewise stated the same principle: “unconditional” as popularly taught. The reason
“BUT THIS I SAY: HE WHO SOWS SPARINGLY WILL ALSO Jesus taught us to pray in the Lord’s Prayer, “ And
REAP SPARINGLY, AND HE WHO SOWS BOUNTIFULLY forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors” (Matt.
WILL ALSO REAP BOUNTIFULLY…GOD IS ABLE TO 6:12) is because the Scriptures state plainly that
MAKE ALL GRACE ABOUND TOWARD YOU, THAT YOU, forgiveness depends upon forgiving:
ALWAYS HAVING ALL SUFFICIENCY IN ALL THINGS,
“FOR IF YOU FORGIVE MEN THEIR TRESPASSES, YOUR
HAVE AN ABUNDANCE FOR EVERY GOOD WORK. AS IT HEAVENLY FATHER WILL ALSO FORGIVE YOU. BUT IF
IS WRITTEN: ‘HE HAS DISPERSED ABROAD,
YOU DO NOT FORGIVE MEN THEIR TRESPASSES,
HE HAS GIVEN TO THE POOR…’ ” 2 Cor. 9:6-9 NEITHER WILL YOUR FATHER FORGIVE YOUR
TRESPASSES.” Matt. 6:14-15
The psalmist stated that he had never seen the
righteous forsaken or begging bread (Psm. 37:25). As a “…FORGIVING ONE ANOTHER, IF ANYONE HAS A
pastor for over 28 years I have seen some of God’s COMPLAINT AGAINST ANOTHER, EVEN AS CHRIST FORGAVE
people living as if they were forsaken by God and were
indeed begging for bread (handouts) simply because YOU, SO YOU ALSO MUST DO.” Col. 3:13
they did not follow principles such as stated above. In
the Book of Haggai the prophet warns God’s people of Satan is “the Accuser of the brethren.” Read the story
the reason why God does not provide for them: in Zechariah 3:1-10! He does this before God’s
throne against the brethren “night and day”
“CONSIDER YOUR WAYS! …HE WHO EARNS WAGES, EARNS (Rev.12:10). Usually his accusations are groundless,
WAGES TO PUT INTO A BAG WITH HOLES…YOU LOOKED FOR false accusations. However, if you are a believer, you
better believe that your forgiveness before God’s
